Hyatt Place Bharuch

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. Overall a pleasan

The hotel is a gem in the middle of an industrial area that is a true place of rest and relaxation after a day out! The restaurant, service and those serving everywhere was exceptional

Calm & amazing staff and great service

Food variety is not always suitable all other cultures other than Indian cuisine

Breakfast was nice.but not happy with fresh fruitBecause it was cut and put in fridge then taken out in plate So fruit stick with each other piece no we are not happy.

All others fine.

The property is very beautiful and well located. The staff is extremely soft spoken and helpful.

Service levels exceptionally high. Listening skills are excellent and quick to accommodate.

It’s disappointing that they do not have chairs in the garden as I and brother had to sit on the dwarf wall which is not great when you have issues with your vertebra-this was only exacerbating this so time in garden was limited .

Room cleaning staff where excellent. Rooms

Lack of facilities. Spa and pool area not clean. Spa service not good. Really need update.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Bharuch and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is modern and very well-maintained, and I was impressed by the high standard of cleanliness throughout. Its location is also ideal for exploring the city, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt in Bharuch for a comfortable and pleasant visit

Nothing to dislike.

Rooms and cleaning staff excellent.

Spa facilities not up to standard for a Hyatt hotel. Also breakfast staff need to be trained further. Plates and utensils not very clean.Towels need replacement. Not up to keeping with HYATT standard. The pool area needs some attention.

Location good. Room cleaning staff very polite and helpful.

Dining utensils not clean. Even room service utensils not clean.

Rooms are modern and clean

Breakfast service was appalling- poor response from waiters and lack of organisation for all to see! Lots of guests getting frustrated with lack of timely service. Shocking standards for a Hyatt!

Spa reception lady was amazing and very polite and helpful.

Very clean good staff .will recommend to everyone

Very good layout and facilities

Loveeeeed this hotel. Excellent hotel in every aspect, from cleanliness to the layout of the rooms but most of all the staff from Bella, Ikram,Swarnali,Rahul,Hetal, and not forgetting Badal and dilip who were always so helpful, polite and always went way beyond and made us feel like royalty. They are the ones who make you want to come back again and again. I will definitely recommend the hotel to others in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. Excellent rooms, it's a new hotel. The best part was the people who worked there who were so polite and helpful. They made you feel like royalty every time you walked out from opening doors and helping with the luggage, especially Ikram, Bella, Swarnali, Rahul, Hetal, Badal and Dilip.

Active humble staff good variety of food fruits and juices

Exceptional

For early check in they charged 20k it's quite huge money just for 2 hour 30 minute earlier.Rather than that ok.

This is where the modern hotel, probably by volume of trade year round, scores over holiday type accommodation.A scrupulously clean hotel with pleasant staff: the weary traveller asks no more.

Breakfast start at 0630, I would prefer 0600 as indias traffic now starts earlier. I was offered coffee and croissants which I refused as I was anxious over traffic which is accelerating.I will use again.

Only decent option in Ankleswar, Bharuch, Panoli area.

Could have more restaurant options

Very friendly staff, always helpful. Very clean and professional service.
